Our team is comprised of well-trained chefs, event coordinators, and service staff lead by catering veteran and chef Chippy Sherman. We have experience successfully executing menus ranging from simple buffets, backyard BBQ’s, and hors d’oeuvre receptions, to extravagant multi-course plated dinners. We can accommodate intimate residential dinners, multi-day corporate events, and full-scale receptions at one of the glorious venues in Jackson Hole.

Chippy strives to create menus that are simple yet distinctive, elegant, and reflective of contemporary food trends and styling. Her menus are inspired by everything around her – the grandeur of the Tetons and the food she tastes while dining out nationally and abroad. “I borrow flavors from different cultures, mix ingredients and match wines to compliment my creations. For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about great tasting food. The excitement of creating party menus fuels my passion,” says Chippy. “I love catering because I can orchestrate and produce the party that my clients envision.”
Chef Chippy Sherman knows Jackson Hole
A native of Maine, Chippy has embraced Jackson Hole as her home since 1987. Originally attracted to the majesty of the Tetons as a skier and a photographer, Chippy’s passion for food, fun, and festivity, fueled by her entrepreneurial spirit, led her to forging a catering business in the valley that has been successful for over twenty years. Chippy’s energy, creativity, and attention to detail are ingredients for the perfect recipe with which to plan a party in Jackson Hole. Chippy is as comfortable catering an intimate dinner for six as she is hosting an elegant, outdoor wedding for over 300.
Running a local business for more than twenty years has given Chippy the knowledge of local purveyors, an understanding of the needs of the various clientele that visit Jackson Hole, and a familiarity with the ebb and flow of this seasonal, destination resort. Chippy is no stranger to hard work, commitment, and ensuring the satisfaction of her clientele. Chippy knows guest services and her reputation as a consummate professional is far-reaching. In addition to running her own local catering business, she has worked as a chef at a ski lodge in Alaska, and catered large events in remote locations.
